Food diary for Tuesday 22nd May.

Breakfast
2 weetabix, skimmed milk, banana, orange juice,
Lunch
Ham and lettuce sandwiches with tsp of low fat mayonnaise, apple
Dinner
Small chicken steak, baked beans, a few oven chips, pear
Snack
Fried egg roll, low fat yoghurt.
Drinks
Fruit juice, low sugar cordial, tea with skimmed milk and sweetener, water.
Exercise
Walk 4 Health session.
